- Every Guest of Hotel or Apartments, at arrive; have to give an identity document for registration. Every additional or temporary Guest must be authorized from the Direction and registered for legal reasons.

- Is possible to enter into apartment from 15:00 of arrive day and must be left free in 10:00 of start day. Not authorized leaving apartment delay is charged of € 20,00 every half an hour. After the check-out, will be not possible to stay into the structure.

- Every room has just one car place parking.

- Please respect pool’s regulation and opening times: from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00.

- Please respect absolute silence from 23:00 to 08:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00.

- Don’t use pool’s deck chairs on apartment’s terrace.

- We ask to clients to have respectful behaviour into the structure during all the period of their vacancy.

- Nocturnal baths in swimming pool are forbidden.

- It’s several forbidden to throw objects from balconies and terraces of the rooms of hotel and apartments.

- Keep dogs on the lead anyway. Every dog’s owner has to clean if it would dirt and they are responsible for possible damages.

- Every broken or lost assigned key costs € 30,00.

- All reserved period will be completely charged in case of advanced starting date.

- Every apartment has one security box inside. Residence direction will be not responsible for missing use.

- Grills, fires or free flames are forbidden anyway.

- Apartment final cleaning will be at holiday’s end, cooking area and kitchenware will be excluded and must left all clean; otherwise we will charge additional € 30,00.

- Bed linen will be weekly changed or more frequently if is required.
